At Bless This Body
The name Bless This Body came about from a women's retreat I attended many years ago and the mantra and lesson has remained with me all these years.
The Mantra: "I Bless this Body and Encompass it with Love."
The Practice: While applying lotion to your body repeat the Mantra to every inch of yourself.
The Lesson: Learn to Love every inch of you NOW, not when....
For when we learn to love ourselves it gets easier to show up and do what we know is best for ourselves.
