Jin Shin Jyutsu

 JIN SHIN JYUTSU is the Art of releasing tensions which are the causes for various symptoms in the body. Our bodies contain several energy pathways that feed life into all of our cells. When one or more of these paths become blocked, this damming effect may lead to discomfort or even pain. This blockage or stagnation will not only disrupt the local area but will continue and eventually disharmonize the complete path or paths of the energy flow.

Through Jin Shin Jyutsu our awareness is awakened to the simple fact that we are endowed with the ability to harmonize and balance ourselves (in rhythm with the universe) physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.  Find out more at:   https://jsjinc.net/ 

Therapeutic Sports Massage

 Therapeutic sports massage focuses on treating soft tissue aches, pain and injuries that are associated with recreational activities.  Sport massage uses firm pressure, focusing on muscles and connective tissue deep within the body and may incorporate stretching and myofascial release that is targeted to a specific area of the body. 

Neuromuscular Therapy

 Neuromuscular therapy (NM T) is a precise, treatment of the body’s soft tissues using  protocols that are taught in a step-by-step process. These hands-on techniques are built upon a science-based foundation and guided by clinical evidence. 

NMT is highly effective for clients who present with chronic pain and is often successful in reducing or eliminating longstanding painful conditions. This technique is also helpful in treating acute injuries and for post-surgical care; it helps to improve performance and to prevent injuries. 

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage promotes relaxation by releasing muscle tension and is gentler than deep tissue massage and better suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief.   

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. 

Visceral Technique

Gentle manual therapy that works the organs within the abdominal area.

Reflexology

 Massage applied to the feet to help relieve tension throughout the body and stimulate the organ function energy in the body.  

TMJ - Temporal Mandibular Joint

Massage applied to the internal and external jaw muscles to relieve tension in the temporal mandibular joint. 

Pregnancy Massage

Massage given throughout a woman's pregnancy taking into consideration the contraindications throughout each trimester.  

Lymphatic Massage

Lymphatic massage, also known as manual lymphatic drainage massage, is a gentle therapeutic technique designed to stimulate the body's lymphatic system. The primary goal of this specialized massage is to encourage the movement of lymph fluids around the body, which can help in reducing swelling, detoxifying the body, and boosting overall immune function. 

Jin Shin Jyutsu - Self Help

 ​Jin Shin Jyutsu® is the Art of releasing tension and stress which are the causes for various symptoms in the body. With roots common to acupuncture, Jin Shin Jyutsu employs 26 "Safety Energy Locks" along energy pathways that feed life into the body.  When one or more of these pathways become blocked, the resulting stagnation of energy can disrupt the local area and eventually disharmonize the complete path of energy flow.
By simply using our hands like jumper cables we can gently hold these Safety Energy Locks in sequences on ourselves or others.  The blocked energy will release allowing it to flow evenly again to recharge and rejuvenate the body thus restoring balance to our spirit, mind and body.

Kai Chi Do

 ​METAPHYSICAL WORKOUT for the BODY, MIND and SPIRIT Kai Chi Do (Free Spirit Way) is an aerobic exercise that combines basic movements based on the ancient wisdom of the martial arts, breath work, and music, to calm the mind and elevate the spirit. It is about letting go of resistance and allowing yourself to feel true freedom. Kai Chi Do is about having fun and feeling good.  

People at any level of fitness can participate. It can be done sitting or standing. Participants learn to regulate breath and level of physical and emotional intensity to their own degree.
​Kai Chi Do was created by Charles Robinson and I am thankful each and every day to him and the whole Kai Chi Do family for allowing me to share this movement meditation with others.
